ROASTED BABY POTATOES
Quick and easy recipe for roasted baby potatoes. Bake them at the same time as you cook your main dish! Can also be used as a quick appetizer! These were so good you don't even need butter or salt to taste. Made the mistake of having them done before the main dish and they were almost all gone by the time dinner started!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Combine potatoes, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, sea salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss until potatoes are covered and garlic is evenly distributed. Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake on the bottom rack of the preheated oven, shaking every 5 minutes to prevent burning, until fork-tender, about 20 minutes.

A simple little nothing recipe, that results in big flavor. I use white onion with red potatoes, or red onion with white potatoes.

Steps:
- Wash and slice baby potatoes into 1 inch thick slices.
- Put in roasting pan along with thinly sliced onion.
- Sprinkle with the Montreal Steak seasoning.
- Pour oil over top, toss to coat well.
- Bake in 400°F oven for approximately 30 minutes, turning once.
- Potatoes are done when they are golden brown, with soft centres.

MONTREAL GARLIC SMASHED POTATOES
I love Montreal steak seasoning and never thought to add it to vegetables. These potatoes are outrageous! Found this on the internet, but it most likely originated from McCormick.

Steps:
- Cover potatoes with water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium and cook for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Drain potatoes and return to saucepan and reduce heat to low.
- Add parmesan cheese, steak seasoning and garlic powder.
- Mash potatoes with a fork or potato masher.
- Gradually add milk, butter and sour cream until all ingredients are combined.
- Serve immediately or spoon into a lightly buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
- Cover and keep warm in a 250° oven until ready to serve.
ULTIMATE MONTREAL STEAK WITH GRILLED POTATO WEDGES

- Microwave potatoes on HIGH 7 minutes or until almost tender, turning potatoes over halfway through cooking. Let stand 2 minutes. Cut potatoes into wedges. Toss with 1 tablespoon of the Steak Seasoning and 2 teaspoons of the oil.
- Brush steak lightly with remaining 2 teaspoons oil. Sprinkle with remaining 2 teaspoons Steak Seasoning.
- Grill steak over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Brush with steak sauce during last 1 minute of grilling. Grill potato wedges 2 minutes per side or until lightly browned and grill marks appear. Serve steak with potatoes and additional steak sauce for dipping; if desired.
