This is one of my Mom's favorite Dessert, she liked simple things and you don't get much easier than this.See if this doesn't make you want to make it today.

2 pkg graham cracker[whole] you could use chocolate graham crackers
1 box instant vanilla pudding
2 c cold milk
1 c thawed cool whip
1 can(s) cherry pie filling, i use any kind of pie filling i want or just use fresh fruit.

Steps:

  • 1. Line 9 inch square pan with whole graham crackers.Prepare pudding with milk as directed on package, let stand 5 minutes. Blend in cool whip, Spread half of pudding mixture on crackers. Add another layer of crackers and top with remaining pudding mixture.Now lay crackers on top again and add cherry pie filling. Chill 3 hours.

14 whole graham crackers
1 (5.1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 cup thawed whipped topping
1 (12 ounce) can cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • Line a 9x9-inch square pan with whole graham crackers (break crackers, if necessary). Prepare pudding with milk as directions indicate; let stand 5 minutes, then blend with whipped topping. Spread half of the pudding mixture over graham crackers. Place another layer of graham crackers on top. Spread remaining pudding mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Then spread cherry pie filling over the top. Cover, and refrigerate 3 hours.

1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup pecans
1 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces cream cheese
5 ounces Cool Whip
1 (6 ounce) box Jell-O chocolate pudding and pie filling
3 cups milk
7 ounces Cool Whip

Steps:

  • Mix first thee ingredients.
  • Add fine chopped pecans.
  • press into 9x13 pan.
  • Bake shell at 350 for 15 min.
  • Soften cheese, then blend in sugar and Cool whip.
  • Spread over cooled crust.
  • Make pudding as directed.
  • I like cooked pudding best but you can use instant.
  • You can also use 2 small packages.
  • And any other flavor you like.
  • Spread on top.
  • You can sprinkle chopped pecans or chocolate ants on top.
  • Refrigerate.

2 c cold milk or fat-free milk
1 c low-fat cool whip
1 can(s) cherry pie filling or other fruits or sugar-free pie filling

Steps:

  • 1. Mix pudding with milk and cool whip.
  • 2. In a 9x9 pan layer bottom with crackers,next 1/2 of the vanilla pudding mixture, next cracker, next last 1/2 of pudding mixture and top with cherry filling or other fruit filling. Chill over night. Serve
  • 3. Use vanilla wafer in place of graham crackers Use sugar-free chocolate pudding in place of vanilla pudding Use blueberry pie or other fruit pie filling in place of cherry pie filling
