4 bone-in chicken breast halves (6 ounces each), skin removed
1 teaspoon paprika
1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Arrange chicken in a 9- or 10-in. microwave-safe pie plate, with the thickest side toward the outside of the plate. Sprinkle with paprika; top with lemon slices. Cover and microwave, on high for 6-8 minutes, rotating dish a half turn once. , In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until heated through; stir. , Drain chicken; top with sauce. Cover and cook on high for 1-1/2 minutes until a thermometer reads 170°.

3/4 cup lite honey mustard dressing
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup corn flake crumbs
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Coat a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a small bowl, combine honey mustard dressing, salt, and pepper; remove 1/3 cup and set aside.
  • Place corn flake crumbs in another small mixing bowl.
  • Dip each chicken breast into dressing mixture, then coat in corn flake crumbs and place in prepared pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  • Drizzle remaining dressing mixture (the 1/3 cup that was set aside) over chicken breasts and serve.

1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Tablespoon garlic salt
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or 10 chicken tenders)
Sauce:
1/4 cup mustard
1/4 honey

Steps:

  • In a bowl or bag, combine your Dijon Mustard, honey, Olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and parsley until fully incorporated. Add your chicken breasts or tenderloins.
  • Let marinade for 4-8 hours in the fridge.
  • Heat grill to medium heat, place chicken on the grill and cook on both sides for about 4 minutes or until juice runs clear.
  • In a separate bowl, combine 1/4 cup yellow mustard and 1/4 cup honey. Drizzle over chicken before serving.

1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter
4 teaspoons lime juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
