1 Package Smithfield Homestyle Marinated Fresh Pork Roast
1 Package Ranch Seasoning
1 Package Au Jus Gravy Mix
1/4 Cup Butter
8-10 Pepperoncini Peppers

Steps:

  • 1. Add pork roast to slow cooker. Sprinkle ranch and au jus packages on top. Top with stick of butter and peppers.
  • 2. Cook on low 6 hours.
  • 3. Shred with fork and serve.

3-4 pounds pork tenderloin (or other cut of pork roast)
1 ranch seasoning packet
1 Au Jus gravy seasoning packet
1/4-1/2 cup unsalted butter
5-6 peperoncini peppers
buns (for serving)

Steps:

  • Place pork in the bowl of your crockpot and sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix over the top. Top with the butter and the peperoncini peppers. Place lid on the crockpot and cook over low heat for 8-9 hours.
  • When cooking time is finished, remove lid and shred the meat using two large forks. Stir the meat into the accumulated juices and mix well.
  • Serve the meat over buns with sliced provolone cheese or whatever toppings your wish.

1 (3 1/2) pound boneless beef chuck roast
Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste
¼ cup flour
3 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup beef broth
1 (1 ounce) packet Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
½ cup butter
8 pepperoncini

Steps:

  • Season chuck roast generously with salt and pepper. Rub flour evenly over the surface of the meat.
  • In a large saute pan, warm oil over high heat until very hot but not smoking. Sear the roast until browned and crusty on all sides, about 15 minutes total.
  • Place roast in the pot of a slow cooker. Pour beef broth around the roast. Sprinkle Ranch seasoning over the roast, place butter on top and scatter pepperoncini over and around the roast. Cover the slow cooker and set on low heat for 7-8 hours.
  • When ready, shred the meat and mix with the sauce in the slow cooker. Serve over bread, egg noodles or potatoes.

- boneless pork roast
1 package(s) aujus gravy
1 package(s) ranch style dip/ dressing mix
1 stick(s) butter
- pepperoncini peppers to your liking

Steps:

  • Put the roast in crockpot(low) or roasting pan if cooking in oven. (preheat to 200)
  • stick roast in
  • pour ranch packet on top of roast then pour aujus packet on top of ranch then lay one stick of butter on top of mixes sprinkle as many peppers as youd like ...all on top.
  • cook 4-6 hours depending on tenderness. now you have roast with it's own gravy!! Yummy Mississippi favorite!!!
