3/4 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Dark Chocolate Morsels
1 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup butter, cut into pieces
2 tablespoons water
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup (6 oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® DelightFulls Mint Filled Morsels, divided

Steps:

  • PREHEAT oven to 325°F. Line 8-inch-square baking pan with foil. Lightly grease. HEAT dark chocolate morsels, sugar, butter and water in small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate and butter are melted. Pour into medium bowl. Stir in eggs, one at a time, with wire whisk until blended. Stir in vanilla extract. Add flour and salt; stir well. Stir in ¾ cup DelightFulls morsels. Pour into prepared baking pan. Sprinkle remaining ¼ cup DelightFulls morsels over batter. BAKE for 42 to 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out slightly sticky. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Lift out by foil edges to cutting board. Carefully remove foil. Cut into bars. Store in tightly covered container.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 13 x 9-inch baking pan with foil. Lightly grease.
  • Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda in small bowl.
  • Melt butter in large, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power until melted. Stir in sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in coffee granule mixture and vanilla extract. Gradually stir in flour mixture. Fold in 1 cup DelightFulls morsels. Spread into prepared baking pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup DelightFulls morsels over batter.
  • BAKE for 28 to 31 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out slightly sticky. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
  • Drizzle with Coffee Glaze. Allow to set slightly. Lift out by foil edges to cutting board. Carefully remove foil. Cut into bars. Store in airtight container.

1/3 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1 tablespoon half-and-half cream
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped raisins
FILLING:
1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons hot whole milk
1 teaspoon butter, melted
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
Green food coloring, optional

Steps:

  • In a bowl, cream the shortening, sugar and vanilla. Add the eggs; mix well. Beat in the chocolate and cream. Combine the flour and salt; add to creamed mixture. Stir in walnuts and raisins., Spread into two greased and floured 9-in. square baking pans. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
