Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 350°
- In a large pan, brown the ground beef and then drain the fat. If you plan to season the meat with taco seasoning, now's the time to do it:)

- Cook while stirring over medium heat until it is bubbly
- Prepare a baking dish with non-stick spray
- Add 1/2 the bag of chips to the bottom of the baking dish. Crumble them a little bit as pictured (not too much!)
- Scoop 1/2 of the meat mixture over the chips
- Add a layer of 1 cup of shredded cheese on top. Add additional cheese if needed or desired.
- Repeat the layers of chips, meat, and cheese with the remaining ingredients
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through
MEXICAN DORITO CASSEROLE
Wow! Who knew there were so many versions of Dorito casserole out there? For the record, this one is different than all the others posted here. I actually found it on Pinterest. The original reciped calls for plain tortilla chips and I decided to try it with Doritos instead. It's quite yummy!
