Turkey Wraps are full of fresh veggies, turkey slices, cheese, and cranberry sauce!

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 large flour tortillas (10")
4 ounces turkey (leftover or deli turkey)
1 ½ cups lettuce ( or fresh spinach, shredded)
4 large slices tomato
2 ounces cheddar cheese (or havarti, sliced)
¼ cup honey mustard sauce (store bought or below)

Steps:

  • Place tortillas on a place and cover with plastic wrap. Warm tortillas slightly in the microwave, about 20 seconds.
  • Add 2 tablespoons honey mustard to each tortilla. Divide remaining ingredients over tortillas. Roll tightly.
  • Refrigerate up to 24 hours or serve immediately.

6 (8 inch) flour tortillas or 6 (8 inch) flavored flour tortillas
3/4 cup hummus
1 1/2 cups baby spinach leaves
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked turkey
6 tablespoons chopped cucumbers
6 tablespoons sliced pitted kalamata olives or 6 tablespoons black olives
6 tablespoons chopped tomatoes
6 tablespoons crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese

Steps:

  • Spread a tortilla with 2 tablespoons hummus to within 1/4 inch of edge. Cover with 1/4 cup spinach leaves, pressing lightly into spread. Top with 1/4 cup turkey and 1 tablespoon each cucumber, olives, tomatoes and feta cheese. Roll up tortilla tightly.
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas. To serve, cut each tortilla diagonally in half.

This is a good for lunch. You can make pinweels out of these and serve them as a finger food for parties.

1/2 cup kraft cream cheese with chives and onions
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled (the sharper the better)
1/4 black olives
32 inches flour tortillas (spinach flavored preferrably)
4 ounces smoked turkey, thinly sliced
1 cup loosley packed thoroughly washed spinach leaves
1/4-1/2 teaspoon oregano

Steps:

  • Chop up olives.
  • Combine cream cheese, feta cheese, olives and oregano in bowl and mix.
  • Evenly spread the mixture over entire tortilla.
  • Place turkey over the cream cheese mixture on half of each tortilla.
  • Place spinach leaves on top of turkey.
  • To assemble just start with the side that is topped with the turkey and roll up tightly.
  • Wrap each sandwich with saran wrap.
  • Refrigerate wraps at least 1 hour.
  • Before serving, unwrap, and trim of ends of each roll.
  • Cut wraps into 3 sections.
  • Cut each section on a slight diagonal into half.
  • Wraps can be made a day ahead.
  • Enjoy.

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 package (20 ounces) lean ground turkey
2 medium zucchini, quartered lengthwise and cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 medium onion, chopped
2 banana peppers, seeded and chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add turkey, zucchini, onion, peppers, garlic and oregano; cook 10-12 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink and vegetables are tender, breaking up turkey into crumbles; drain.
