4 cups frozen green beans, thawed, cut into 2-inch pieces
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbles
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives

Steps:

  • In a large bowl combine, oil, lemon juice, seasonings.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Chill until serving or serve at room temperature.

3 15oz. cans good quality French Cut Green Beans well drained.
1 15oz. can stewed tomatoes with juice coursely chopped.
1 bunch green onions (scallions) with part of green tops, finely chopped.
8oz. good quality bottled Italian or Caeser Salad Dressing

Steps:

  • Toss all ingredients together in a large salad bowl. Chill for at least one hour. Serve as the salad course or as a side dish with the main course.

1 cup halved grape tomatoes
1/2 cup thinly sliced fennel
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
1/4 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
2 Tbsp. slivered almonds

Steps:

  • Cook beans in pan of boiling water 7 min. or until crisp-tender; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain well. Place in large bowl.
  • Add tomatoes and fennel; mix lightly. Whisk next 4 ingredients until blended. Add to bean mixture; stir until evenly coated.
  • Top with cheese and nuts.
