MEAT LOAF WITH HOME MADE SEASONING MIX
Next time you decide to make meatloaf, be sure to use this recipe for the seasoning mix. This recipe is enough for one pound of beef, so plan accordingly.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a baking pan.
- 2. Place the ground beef, eggs, and 1/2 cup Ketchup in large bowl.
- 3. Mix by hand and add the meat loaf seasoning. Form into a loaf shape and place in prepared baking pan. Drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup.
- 4. Bake 1 hour in preheated oven.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- *To make fresh bread crumbs, tear sliced whole wheat bread into pieces and add to blender and pulse until all uniform "crumbs".
- Mix together all ingredients in a plastic baggie and spray casserole or meatloaf pan or muffin tin with butter spray and add meat mixture and press into selected pan.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
- NOTE: Chopped onions and chopped green peppers can be added if desired before baking.When meatloaf is done you can top with ketchup if desired and/or cheddar cheese.
