1 cup fresh baby spinach
3/4 cup frozen green grapes
1/2 cup brewed green tea, cooled
1 medium ripe kiwi, peeled and chopped
1 sprig fresh mint leaves
1/2 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped

Steps:

  • Add the spinach, grapes, tea, kiwi, mint and apples to the bowl of a blender. Blend until smooth, adding water if needed to get the desired consistency. Drink with a straw.

2 celery ribs (with leaves), chopped
2 cups fresh baby spinach
8 sprigs fresh parsley, stems removed, chopped
1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon minced fresh gingerroot
1 cup unfiltered or filtered apple juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons raw honey

1 frozen banana
1/2 avocado

Steps:

  • Add the spinach, almond milk, chia seeds, banana and avocado to the pitcher of a blender and blend. Depending on the power of the appliance, you may need to stop it, stir the ingredients and then continue blending. If the consistency is too thin, blend in some ice cubes.
