Our family is not a fan of fresh cranberry relish and the canned cranberry jelly is just blah! This is what we serve at Thanksgiving instead.

- 1. Prepare Jello using only half of the water the package calls for.
- 2. Add all other ingredients, including juices.
- 3. Chill until set.

Steps:
- Dissolved gelatin in boiling water. Add sugar. Add lemon juice and undrained pineapple. Chill until partially set.
- Grind oranges and cranberries in grinder or food processor. Fold into gelatin mixture along with celery and nuts.
- Let chill until firm.

- Melt margarine and combine thoroughly with the graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Press onto bottom of a 9x13 pan. Blend whipped topping, cream cheese, and powdered sugar with a mixer. Carefully spread this over the pressed crumbs. Evens spread the pie filling over the cheese mixture. Refrigerate.

Steps:
- Boil cranberries and sugar in 1 cup water until cranberries pop. Remove from heat.
- Dissolve Jell-O in cranberry mixture.
- Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
- Place mixture (in pan) in ice water until it thickens.
- Add grapes, apples and nuts. Pour into serving bowl and refrigerate until set.
CITRUS CRANBERRY DELIGHT
This is another nice summer drink. Good with alcohol also good without, all my drinks can be made with or without alcohol...it's always your choice.

- In a small saucepan, combine cranberries and 1 cup apple juice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the berries pop. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Remove from the heat; stir in apples and remaining apple juice., Pour into a 4-cup mold coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm. Unmold onto a serving plate.
