Steps:
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Cool until slightly.
- thickened.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice with mixer until.
- smooth. Add thickened Jell-O and beat well.
- In a separate bowl, beat the Carnation milk until fluffy.
- Add cream cheese/Jell-O mixture and beat well with mixer.
- Line bottom of 9 x 13-pan with crushed Graham crackers.
- Spread filling over and top with 1/4 cup more crushed.
- Graham crackers. Chill.

Steps:
- Beat all first four ingredients together with electric mixed until smooth.
- Put paper liners in to cupcake pan. Put one vanilla wafer into the bottom of each paper liner.
- Fill each paper liner 3/4 full with the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake 15-20 min at 375 or until top becomes golden brown, and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool, add your favorite pie filling to the top of the cheesecakes.
- Refridgerate at least one hour.
- Enjoy!

- cook 16oz. elbow macaroni as directed on package. cut up 1/4 cup of butter into small pieces and plce in bottom of 13 x 9 baking pan. drain macaroni place 1/2 of macaroni over butter sprinkle with 1 cup each cubed velvetta and shredded cheddar cheese. beat one egg and 2 1/2 cupsmilk untl blended pour 1/2 of egg mixture over ingredients in pan repeat layers of macaroni, cheese and egg mixture.sprinkle with paprika. bake 15 minute stir until blended bake 15 minute more or until golden brown.
