ITALIAN-INSPIRED CASSEROLE

Steps:
- In a Dutch oven over medium heat, cook sausage, beef, onion and green pepper until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, water and seasonings; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add corn and olives. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in noodles. , Pour into two greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dishes. Top with cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.

This is a recipe I whipped up on my own, I am always creating new recipes. Its a delicious,and simple recipe that is done in about 20 minutes.

Steps:
- -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- -Prepare a greased pan, sprinkle some of the crushed saltines mixed with the italian bread crumbs.
- -Mix All ingredients together in a bowl(onions, peppers, kernel corn, cream corn, italian bread crums, mozzarella, parmesan, salt and pepper).
- -After it is all mixed pour it all in the oven pan.
- -On top sprinkle some more of the crushed saltines and italian bread crumbs. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella, and parmesan.Cover with Foil.
- - Bake for about 18-20 minutes.
- ITS READY TO BE SERVED! ENJOY!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium low heat. Mix in sugar and stir until dissolved. Mix in corn and stir to coat. Stir in cream cheese and cook until melted and well blended.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with bread crumbs and dot with butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 30 minutes, until lightly browned.
