MAPLE APPLE SAUSAGE BALLS
I can't remember where this recipe came from originally - I've had it in my recipe box for so long and it has become a favorite at pot lucks! These are also great to make ahead of time and freeze uncooked. To bake them from frozen, thaw on a baking sheet at room temperature for 15 minutes and bake them in a preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown. For a firmer texture you can add 3 cups of baking mix and 2 cups of shredded cheese.
