Three homemade frappuccino recipes that taste just like Starbucks and are surprisingly easy to whip up in the comfort of your own home.

12 oz. fluid very strong brewed coffee or espresso, chilled
8 oz. fluid whole milk (more to taste)
1/3 c. sweetened, condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. chocolate syrup
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (more if desired!)
Whipped cream
1/4 c. half-and-half (optional)

Steps:

  • To make Vanilla Frappuccino: Add coffee, milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla to a blender. Top off blender with ice and blend until smooth and icy. (Add half-and-half if you'd like it to be a little richer and creamier.) Serve in a glass with whipped cream on top.To make Mocha Frappuccino: Add coffee, milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and chocolate syrup to a blender. Top off blender with ice and blend until smooth and icy. (Add half-and-half if you'd like it to be a little richer and creamier.) Serve in a glass with whipped cream on top.To make a Mocha Chip Frappucchino: Add coffee, milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, chocolate syrup, and chocolate chips to a blender. Top off blender with ice and blend until smooth and icy, with tiny chocolate bits throughout. (Add half-and-half if you'd like it to be a little richer and creamier.) Serve in a glass with whipped cream on top, and drizzle the whipped cream with chocolate syrup or dot with more chocolate chips.

This easy Frappe recipe is made with instant coffee, water, sugar and milk, and served over ice to keep your thirst quenched all summer long!

3/4 cup cold water
1-2 tablespoons cream** ((or milk, dairy free milk, more or less depending on your tastes))
3 teaspoons granulated sugar ((or to taste))
1-2 teaspoons instant coffee granules ((or instant espresso powder))
8 ice cubes ((about 1 cup))

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Adjust flavor to your tastes and pour into a glass and serve (the froth will rise to the top as it sits).
  • Add water, cream, sugar and coffee to a 500ml jar and shake until coffee is dissolved and mixture is frothy.
  • Pour over ice and serve (the froth will rise to the top as it sits).

25 jalapeno peppers
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 pound bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Steps:

  • Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Set aside. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, feta cheese and syrup until smooth. Spoon into pepper halves., Place in two greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Top with bacon and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes for spicy flavor, 30 minutes for medium and 40 minutes for mild.
