¼ cup water
2 (.25 ounce) packages unflavored gelatin
2 cups mango puree
½ cup white sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup vodka
1 teaspoon chamoy sauce, or to taste
1 teaspoon chile-lime seasoning (such as Tajin®), or as needed

Steps:

  • Heat water and gelatin in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Whisk until dissolved, about 5 minutes. Add mango puree, sugar, and lemon juice; whisk until dissolved, about 5 minutes. Take off of heat to cool slightly, about 5 minutes.
  • Whisk vodka into cooled mixture.
  • Add a few drops of chamoy and a sprinkle of Tajin® to twenty 2-ounce cups. Fill evenly with mango gelatin and sprinkle with more Tajin®. Let set in a refrigerator for 4 hours.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 cans (15 ounces each) diced or sliced mangoes, drained
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened and cubed
2 cups boiling water
2 packages (3 ounces each) lemon gelatin
1 package (3 ounces) apricot gelatin
2 cups cold water
Optional: Fresh mint leaves and cranberries

Steps:

  • Place mangoes and cream cheese in a food processor; process until blended., In a large bowl, add boiling water to gelatins; stir 2 minutes to completely dissolve. Stir in cold water, then mango mixture. Pour into a 8-cup ring mold coated with cooking spray or a 2-qt. serving bowl. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours. If using a ring mold, unmold onto a serving plate. If desired, serve with mint and cranberries.

1 large box peach flavored jello
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 1/2 cups cold water
1/2 packet disfavored gelatin dissolved in 1/4 cup room temperature water
1 can mango pulp

Steps:

  • add boiling water to peach jello, dissolve well, then add cold water to peach hello and stir well. Then add dissolved unflavored gelatin to peach jello and finally add mango pulp. Pour into jello pan. Refrigerate overnight.

4 ripe mangoes
2 cups milk
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon sugar
3 -4 drops vanilla essence
4 teaspoons gelatin
100 ml water
3 -5 walnuts, for garnishing

Steps:

  • Peel the mangoes.
  • Remove pulp, pour into a mixer bowl.
  • Add milk, salt, sugar and essence.
  • Blend till smooth.
  • To melt the gelatin, sprinkle it over hot water in a small bowl.
  • Stir constantly until completely dissolved.
  • Mix the gelatin-water mixture with the mango mixture.
  • Pour into 4 small bowls.
  • Refrigerate until set.
  • Garnish with walnuts before serving.
  • Enjoy it on a hot summer afternoon!
