HOW TO MAKE NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE
Steps:
- Pour cold milk into a large mixing bowl . Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well mixed. (Mixture will be thick.) Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
- Refrigerate the pie for 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with additional whipped topping and grated chocolate, if desired. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

A PIE UNDER 60 MINUTES ? I got this from Robyn in Hartford and Her Mom used to make this yummy custard. The flour settles to the bottom and creates its own crust. Easy and very good!

- Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend for 30 seconds.
- Pour into buttered 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bake at 350*F. for 45 minutes. The flour will settle to make its own crust.

Steps:
- Heat milk, marshmallows and chocolate in 3-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate and marshmallows are melted and blended. Refrigerate about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon.
- Beat whipping cream in chilled medium bowl with electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. Fold chocolate mixture into whipped cream. Pour into pie shell. Refrigerate uncovered about 8 hours or until set. Garnish with milk chocolate curls and whipped cream if desired. Immediately refrigerate any remaining pie after serving.
