Steps:
- 1. COOK Macaroni according to Pkg Directions. DRAIN in Collander, and run cold water over it to cool.
- 2. MIX all the remaining Ingredients in a medium Bowl.
- 3. Add cold Drained, Macaroni to dressing and Mix well. Add more mayo & seasonings to your tastes if needed. CHILL. Stir again before Serving. Simply Simple . . . ENJOY

Steps:
- Use SWEET RELISH or DILL RELISH for Dill flavors Your Preference, or Make BOTH. ENJOY.
- Hard Boil eggs 1 minute. Remove pan from the Heat Let set, 10 min, DO NOT REMOVE LID. NOW, COOL in COLD water. Peel and Dice EGGS, Set aside
- Bring to Boil medium pot of Water, Add salt ( 2 TBS) Cook Macaroni according to PKG Directions. Pour into Colander, Drain, & run COLD water over Macaroni to COOL the Macaroni down.
- Dice Eggs, Onions & Celery into Small pieces in Medium Bowl, add pickle Relish, Mayo, salt and pepper. Toss this into the COLD Macaroni. Stir Well. Cover and Chill at least 1 hr or Over Night. If this gets to dry, add more Pickle Juice and a bit more Mayo, toss well and Serve.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.
- In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir in the onion, celery, green pepper, carrot, pimentos and macaroni. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving, but preferably overnight.
