JEFF'S NO AND LO BBQ SAUCE (NO HIGH-FRUCTOSE SUGAR, LOW SODIUM)
Steps:
- Combine the Worcestershire, vinegar, agave, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, garlic salt, liquid smoke, hot sauce, mustard, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne and tomatoes in a medium sauce pot and bring to boil. Reduce the heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, until desired thickness is reached, 30 minutes to 1 hour.
LOW-SUGAR BBQ SAUCE
This makes a good dipping sauce for meat. The only sugar in this recipe is what is found already in the ingredients that are used. It is loaded with potassium.

- Mix all ingredients in small sauce pan and heat till boiling.
- Use as dip or on meat while cooking.
- Note, if you use a different sweetener, it may take more or less than 2 packets to get desired sweetness depending on product used.
