Top wedges of Yukon gold potatoes with shredded sharp cheddar, crumbled bacon and sliced green onions to make these easy foil-pack steak fries.

1 lb. Yukon gold potatoes (about 4), each cut into 8 wedges
1/2 cup water
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
2 green onions, sliced

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Place potatoes in microwaveable bowl. Add water; cover with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH 5 min.; drain.
  • Place potatoes on large sheet of heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray; fold to make packet.
  • Grill 10 min. Cut slits in foil to release steam. Carefully open top of packet. Top potatoes with cheese, bacon and onions; reseal packet. Let stand 1 to 2 min. or until cheese is melted.

¼ cup olive oil
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
4 large russet potatoes ((peeled and cut into thin wedges))

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder and onion powder.
  • Add potato wedges to olive oil mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  • Cover a baking sheet in foil and spread coated potato wedges onto it.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
