LOADED FOIL-PACK STEAK FRIES
Top wedges of Yukon gold potatoes with shredded sharp cheddar, crumbled bacon and sliced green onions to make these easy foil-pack steak fries.

Steps:
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Place potatoes in microwaveable bowl. Add water; cover with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH 5 min.; drain.
- Place potatoes on large sheet of heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray; fold to make packet.
- Grill 10 min. Cut slits in foil to release steam. Carefully open top of packet. Top potatoes with cheese, bacon and onions; reseal packet. Let stand 1 to 2 min. or until cheese is melted.

BAKED SEASONED STEAK FRIES RECIPE
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder and onion powder.
- Add potato wedges to olive oil mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Cover a baking sheet in foil and spread coated potato wedges onto it.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
