I found a bottle of homemade limoncello in the freezer and concocted this refreshing cooler to sip on a hot Texas afternoon.

1 cup ice cubes, or as needed
2 lemon slices, divided
2 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate
2 tablespoons limoncello liqueur
4 fluid ounces club soda, or as needed

Steps:

  • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Place 1 lemon slice in the glass. Spoon lemonade concentrate into glass and pour in limoncello. Pour in enough club soda to fill glass; stir well. Place the second lemon slice on the rim of the glass for garnish.

Dry white wine, chilled
Seltzer
Ice
Lemon wedge

Steps:

  • Fill a glass with ice.
  • Fill glass halfway with wine. Pour in a few tablespoons of limoncello. Top off with club soda. Squeeze lemon wedge in and stir to combine.

  • Pour first two ingredients into a wine goblet or tall Collins glass. Place one or two basil leaves and a lemon slice at bottom of glass. Fill glass halfway with ice and add additional basil leaf and lemon slice. Fill rest of glass with ice and add additional basil leaf and lemon slice. Top with club soda and stir gently. Garnish with additional basil leaf, lemon slice and a straw.
