Number Of Ingredients 12

1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup margarine or 1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
6 cups corn flakes, crushed to equal 4 cups,divided
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
vegetable oil cooking spray

Steps:

  • Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and set aside.
  • In large bowl beat tog margarine and sugar till light and fluffy, then eggs and vanilla.
  • Beat well.
  • Add flour mixture, mixing till combined.
  • Fold in 2 cups crushed cereal, chocolate and peanut butter chips.
  • Drop a 1/4 cup measure of batter into remaining cereal and roll to coat.
  • Place on cookie sheets and flatten to 3 inches in diameter, then bake at 350 degF for 15 minutes or till light golden brown.
  • Remove immediately from sheets and cool on wire racks.
  • Baking time is per cookie sheet.

½ cup canola oil
½ cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups cornflakes cereal
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease cookie sheets.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the canola oil, margarine, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; stir into the sugar mixture. Mix in the cornflakes cereal, oats, chocolate chips and walnuts. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown. Allow cookies to cool slightly on the cookie sheets before removing to wire racks to cool completely.

1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 cups Kellogg's® corn flakes (crushed to 4 cups), divided
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter chips

Steps:

  • 1. Stir together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Set aside.2. In large mixing bowl, beat together margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add flour mixture, mixing until combined. Stir in 2 cups of the crushed KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES cereal and morsels. Portion, using 1/4-cup measure, into remaining cereal, rolling to coat. Place on baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Flatten to 3-inches in diameter.3. Bake at 350°F about 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove immediately from baking sheets. Cool on wire racks. Store in airtight containers.
