This drink is so refreshing. My girlfriend was serving these at ladies' night and I've been drinking them ever since.

1 cup ice
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vanilla flavored vodka
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger peach schnapps
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger pomegranate juice
1 tablespoon simple syrup
1 teaspoon lemon juice
⅓ tablespoon lemon-lime soda
1 slice fresh lime

Steps:

  • Combine ice, vodka, schnapps, pomegranate juice, simple syrup, and lemon juice in shaker. Shake vigorously to chill. Pour into martini glass, top with a splash of chilled lemon-lime soda, and garnish glass with a slice of fresh lime.

1 1/2 cups vodka
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons raspberry liqueur (such as Chambord)
1 tablespoon pomegranate juice
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Pomegranate seeds, for garnish

Steps:

  • Combine the vodka, pineapple juice, raspberry liqueur, pomegranate juice and lemon juice in a pitcher. Refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 1 hour.
  • Add 1 cup ice to the pitcher and stir vigorously to chill and slightly dilute the cocktail. Pour into glasses and garnish with pomegranate seeds.

So I wrote down the ingredients and starting playing around with the measurements. I found the perfect amount and it tastes even better than the one at the restaurant! I have used Sugar Free Cranberry Juice with this and it has turned out great!
