Steps:

  • Fill a highball glass with ice. Add rum, top with coconut water. Insert straw. Relax.

From a show I was watching "Jamaica, the Wickedest place on Earth". Try this, it is so simple and so good. I used Goya (it has little bits of coconut in it) Aboulutely delicious and refreshing. I cheated and mixed in cream of coconut.

1 cup coconut water (I used Goya)

Steps:

  • Chill coconut water.
  • Fill 2 glasses halfway with coconut water.
  • Top off with rum.

Crushed ice
1-1/2 ounces vanilla vodka
1-1/2 ounces coconut rum
1-1/2 ounces coffee liqueur
3/4 ounce heavy whipping cream

Steps:

  • Fill a shaker three-fourths full with ice. Add the vodka, rum, coffee liqueur and cream; cover and shake until condensation forms on outside of shaker, 10-15 seconds. Strain into glass, if desired, or serve over ice.
