1 pound ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 package (12 ounces) English muffins, split and toasted
1 jar (14 ounces) pizza sauce
2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Sliced ripe olives
Chopped and slivered sweet red, yellow and green peppers

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°. In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes; drain. Stir in salt and pepper., Place muffins in 15x10x1-in pans. Spread tops with pizza sauce; top with beef. Sprinkle with cheese., Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Add olives and peppers to make jack-o'-lantern faces.

1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup Old El Paso™ salsa (any variety)
3/4 frozen corn
1/4 cup water
2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
1/3 cup very hot water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese (8 ounces)
Toppings, such as orange and green bell pepper strips, sliced ripe olives and cherry tomato wedges, if desired

Steps:

  • Move oven rack to lowest position. Heat oven to 450°F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan. Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in salsa, corn and 1/4 cup water. Heat to boiling; remove from heat.
  • Mix Bisquick, 1/3 cup hot water and the oil until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let stand 5 minutes. Press dough in pizza pan, using fingers dipped in Bisquick; pinch edge to form 1/2-inch rim. Spread beef mixture over dough. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake 11 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Arrange Toppings on pizza to form jack-o'-lanterns.

4 soft pita breads
1/2 cup pizza sauce
8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American cut in half diagonally
24 slices pepperoni
4 green bell pepper strips

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Place pitas onto baking sheet.
  • Top each pita bread with 2 tablespoons sauce. Arrange 4 cheese triangles over sauce so center points meet in middle of pizza, forming a square.
  • Cut 12 pepperoni slices into triangles; place onto pizzas for eyes and noses. Cut remaining 12 slices in half; place 6 onto each pizza creating mouth. Place 1 green pepper strip in middle on top of pizza for stem. Bake 10-13 minutes or until cheese is melted.

1 can (6 ounces) pitted ripe olives, drained and halved
1 medium sweet red pepper
1 small green pepper

Steps:

  • Place pizza on a 12-in. pizza pan. Arrange olives in a circle around edge of pizza. Cut a nose, eyes and mouth from red pepper. Cut a stem and eyebrows from green pepper. Make a jack-o'-lantern face on pizza. Bake according to package directions.

  • Grease 12-inch round pizza pan.
  • Brown ground beef in skillet; drain, and add salsa, corn and 1/4 cup water.
  • Heat to boiling; remove from heat& set aside.
  • Stir Bisquick, 1/3 cup hot water and oil until dough forms; then beat vigorously about 20 strokes.
  • Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
  • Press dough into pizza pan; pinch edge to form 1/2-inch rim.
  • Spread beef mixture over dough; sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake 11-15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  • After slicing pizza, arrange 2 orange bell pepper strips on each slice to form a'pumpkin' shape.
  • Use 2 black olive slices on each slice for jack-o-lantern's eyes.
  • Use red onion dices for each slice's eyebrows.
  • Use cherry tomato wedges to form a mouth on each slice.
  • Slice green bell pepper strips in half, and use each half as the pumpkin's"stem," laid over the crust of each clie.
