One 12-ounce jar stemless maraschino cherries
2 1/2 cups ice
1 cup lemon-lime soda
1/2 cup frozen limeade concentrate
Juice of 1 lime plus wedges, for garnish

Steps:

Reserve 4 of the cherries for garnish, then add the remaining cherries with their liquid, ice, soda, limeade concentrate and lime juice to a blender and blend until the ice is crushed. Serve in glasses with cherries and lime wedges for garnish.

Steps:

Pour 2 cups cherry juice into an ice cube tray; freeze 4 hours. Chill 4 rocks glasses. Blend the cherry ice cubes, 1 cup frozen cherries, 1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice and 6 ounces whiskey until slushy. Pour into the glasses; top with cola and stir. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
