This recipe from is from Kraft. It's a nice way to doctor up and box of deluxe macaroni and cheese dinner. You can substitute cayenne pepper for the black if you like it spicier.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 2-qt. casserole dish. Prepare the deluxe macaroni and cheese dinner as directed on the package. Combine all the cheeses together, In a small bowl beat the egg, milk and pepper together. Spoon half the prepared macaroni in the casserole dish. Top with half the cheese. Repeat the layers. Drizzle egg mixture over the top.
- Bake about 15 minutes until center is set and macaroni is heated through.

- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Prepare Dinner as directed on package. Meanwhile, combine cubed and shredded cheeses; set aside. Beat egg, milk and pepper with wire whisk until well blended.
- Spoon half of the Dinner into greased 2-qt. casserole dish; cover with half of the cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Drizzle evenly with egg mixture.
- Bake 15 min. or until center is set and Dinner mixture is heated through.

Steps:
- Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Add garlic, and saute until tender.
- Add milk, and cook until thoroughly heated.
- Gradually stir in 1/2 c parmesan cheese and next 6 ingredients until smooth.
- Stir in spinach.
- Add pasta, tossing to coat.
- Spoon into a lightly greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
- Bake at 400 for 7 minutes.
- Remove from oven; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 c parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Reduce oven temp to 350 and bake for 20 minutes.
