3 dozen large fresh strawberries
11 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Grated chocolate, optional

Steps:

  • Remove stems from strawberries; cut a deep "X" in the tip of each berry. Gently spread berries open., In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and extract until light and fluffy. Pipe or spoon about 2 teaspoons into each berry; if desired, sprinkle with chocolate. Chill until serving.

1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pound strawberries
1/4 cup crushed graham cracker (for topping)

Steps:

  • In a stand mixer or using a hand mixer combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla and beat until smooth and creamy. Fill mixture in a piping bag.
  • Core out each strawberry and fill with cream cheese mixture. Top with crushed graham cracker.

½ cup confectioners' sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and cored
3 graham crackers, crushed, or as needed

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until smooth; spoon into a piping bag or a resealabe bag with a corner snipped.
  • Fill cavities of cored strawberries with the cream cheese mixture. Dip filled side of strawberries in the crushed graham crackers to coat.

These aren't anything complicated. With five ingredients, they take only a few minutes to put together. You don't have to throw a cheesecake party to serve these....just saying.....

1 lb Large strawberries
8 oz Cream cheese, softened (can use 1/3 less fat)
3/4 Tbsp Powdered sugar (4 tbsp for a sweeter filling)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Graham cracker crumbs

Steps:

  • 1. Rinse strawberries and cut around the top of the strawberry. Remove the top and clean out with a paring knife, if necessary (some may already be hollow inside). Prep all strawberries and set aside.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag or ziploc with the corner snipped off.
  • 3. Fill strawberries with cheesecake mixture. Once strawberries are filled, dip the top in graham cracker crumbs. If not serving immediately, refrigerate until serving.

1 lb fresh strawberries, rinsed and pat dry
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 graham cracker crumbs (optional)

Steps:

  • With a paring knife, cut off the strawberry stems. Cut around the inside of the strawberry, hollowing out slightly and creating a well for the cheesecake. (You can also do this with a small melon baller). Cut off a small portion of the pointy strawberry tip, so that each strawberry can stand. Place each on a large plate, baking sheet or type of serving tray.
  • In a medium bowl, with a standing or handheld electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy, about 2 minutes on medium speed. Place mixture in a pastry bag and pipe into each strawberry, adding a little extra to the top. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
  • Optionally, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of each stuffed strawberry.
  • Enjoy!
