BISQUICK CHEESEBURGER PIE {"IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE"}
This easy Bisquick Cheeseburger Pie, also called "Impossible Cheeseburger Pie," is one of those great old-fashioned dinners that the entire family will love!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate (or a deep 8-inch square baking dish); set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink (about 8-10 minutes). Drain off fat.
- Stir in salt, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and cheese.
- Transfer beef mixture to the prepared pie dish.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together Bisquick, milk, and eggs, just until combined (it's fine if you still have some lumps in the batter - do not overmix).
- Pour batter on top of beef.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

The classic recipe for The Bisquick™ Impossible Cheeseburger Pie! This ground beef and cheese pie is made with baking mix, milk and eggs for a fast and easy meal!

Steps:
- Spray a 9 inch pie plate with cooking spray then preheat your oven to 400 °F .
- Place the ground beef, onion and bacon into a large skillet. Fry until the ground beef is browned, the onions are soft and translucent and the bacon is cooked. Drain the grease and place in the bottom of the prepared pie plate.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top o the ground beef mixture in an even layer.
- Whisk together the baking mix, the milk and the eggs until it's as smooth as you can get it ( there will be little lumps, don't worry about that.)
- Pour over the cheese and ground beef evenly.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until a knife or toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove and cool slightly, then serve.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Grease pie plate.
- Brown onions and and beef. Drain and rinse the grease off ... place in the bottom of pie plate .
- Beat milk, eggs, and biscuit mik till smooth. pour over beef and onions in pie plate.
- Drain can of tomatoes completely .. or slice if using the fresh ones.
- Bake 25 minutes. Remove from oven and place tomatoes on top then cover with shredded cheese. Put back in the oven for additional 5 - 8 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.

This is a Bisquick classic. This is one of my husband's favorites. And, I thought I lost the recipe and just found the card for it. Thought I should post it before I lost it. ***you can use the reduced fat Bisquick and skim milk to lower the fat content. it comes out EXCELLENT**
