PINK SAUCE PASTA
The most delicious pink sauce pasta with a cheesy tomato cream sauce. So simple and so delicious!

Steps:
- Cook the pasta to al dente according to package instructions, then drain, reserving some of the pasta water.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter and olive oil. Once the butter has melted, add the onion and cook for 4-5 minutes until softened. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the tomato passata, dried basil, crumbled chicken bouillon cube, sugar, red chili flakes and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for a few minutes, then add the cream, milk and the shredded mozzarella.
- Add the cooked pasta, toss to combine and warm through for a few minutes. If sauce is too thick, add a splash of pasta water. Enjoy immediately!

HOT PASTA WITH ROSE SAUCE
Pasta is always a favorite in our house.So are fast recipes. I love the kick the jalapeños give it and the combination of meats is great. I had a dish with the combination of meats and veggies once and craved it this is what I came up with. It is also great with cheese tortellini.

- For the sauce combine whipping cream, spaghetti sauce, oregano, garlic and olive oil in a sauce pan. Heat to a boil on med high heat, stirring frequently; then turn to low and simmer until everything is ready.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a skillet brown sausage until barely pink; drain fat and remove sausage from pan. Add bell peppers, onions, jalapeño, and olives; cook until onion is tender. Add sausage, pepperoni, and salami; cook until sausage is done.
- In a large serving dish place the cooked pasta and pour sauce over; top with meat mixture.
- Can sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese.

- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-low heat and add basil, thyme, oregano, parsley and dried red pepper flakes; stir together.
- Add onion, bell pepper and garlic and cook until onions are transparent; add tomato sauce and bring to a boil, stirring well. Add chicken bouillon and sugar; stir.
- While the sauce is cooking, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to the package instructions (fresh tortellini take less time than dried). Drain and set aside.
- Reduce heat, add cream and wine; bring close to a boil, stirring constantly. Add pasta and serve.
