4 pounds whole chicken wings
3/4 cup hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

  • Cut the chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tip sections. In a gallon-size resealable plastic bag, combine the hot pepper sauce, butter and vinegar. Add chicken wings; seal bag and toss to coat evenly. Refrigerate for 4-8 hours. , Place chicken on racks in two greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Sprinkle with dressing mix and paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40-50 minutes or until juices run clear.

2/3 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce
1/3 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons ground mustard

1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon celery salt

1 c franks hot sauce
1/4 c butter
s&p and garlic powder
olive oil

Steps:

1 tablespoon Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix Shaker
½-1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
paprika

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Pour the melted butter into a small bowl. Stir in 1 teaspoon Ranch seasoning mix and hot sauce, if using. Dip each wing into the butter and spread out on a sheet pan. Sprinkle with remaining Ranch seasoning mix, cayenne pepper (use less cayenne if you've already used hot sauce) and paprika.

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a jelly roll pan with aluminum foil and place a wire baking rack on top.
