HOT ITALIAN ANTIPASTI DIP
Italian veggies, salami and two kinds of cheese join forces in this match made in appetizer heaven.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place bread slices on cookie sheet. Brush on both sides with olive oil; set aside.
- In medium bowl, mix Italian cheese blend, cream cheese, sour cream, artichoke hearts, garlic, oregano and pepper flakes. Spread evenly in baking dish.
- Top cheese mixture in baking dish with salami and prosciutto, then top with roasted peppers and olives. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 to 24 minutes or until bubbling. Meanwhile, bake bread slices in same oven 20 to 24 minutes or until golden brown and toasted.
- Top dip with basil; serve with toasted bread slices.

HOT ITALIAN TOMATO AND CREAM CHEESE DIP
A thick, hot, chunky dip that tastes almost like a vodka sauce...and will be gone before you can say.... You can try adding chunks of crab or shrimp, also. Easy to make and always gets rave reviews...please try it, you will not be disappointed!

Steps:
- Heat stewed tomatoes till a bit bubbly and add the cream cheese.
- Stir until well blended.
- Remove from heat and serve in a nice serving bowl with tortilla chips or chunks of Italian bread.
- I sometimes will cut out the center of a round bread, line the inside with foil and pour in the dip.
- Cut up the center portion of the bread and use it to dip into the dip.
- Caution: if you do the bread bowl idea -- make sure you line it well so the liquid doesn't have a chance to soak into the outside rim of the bowl -- I have done that by accident and it is not a pretty sight!

HOT ITALIAN BREAD DIP(PAMPERED CHEF)
Great for dipping slices of Italian bread into! This is a recipe that was used at Pampered Chef parties to sell their cookware.

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients, except the bread slices, together in a bowl.
- Generously grease shallow casserole dish with olive oil and place mayonnaise mixture inches.
- Bake at 350*F. for 30-35 minutes, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Serve with bread slices and enjoy!
HOT ITALIAN DIP
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and seasonings, spread into a 9 inch pie plate, or cake/casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup parmesan on top of the cream cheese. Spread pizza sauce mixture evenly over the cheese mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Top with favorite pizza toppings. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Serve with french bread or Corn Chips.
HOT ITALIAN GRINDER DIP (RANCH STYLE)
This flavorful dip is delicious! It's good for game day, but will be great at any party. Set this out and watch it disappear. Make sure to serve with a hearty cracker... you'll need them!

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat an 8-inch round glass baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix well until there are no lumps.
- Add the ranch dip mix, hot sauce, shredded cheese, ham, salami and capicolla. Mix well.
- Transfer to prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with shredded lettuce, tomato, onion and pepper rings.
- Serve hot with crackers for dipping.
- HINT: for some extra added flavor I've also served this hot dip drizzled with my favorite bottled Italian Salad dressing.
