450 g unsalted cashews
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons flaked sea salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 180.C.
  • Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
  • Combine last 4 ingredients and pour over cashews, toss to coat.
  • Spread the cashew mixture over the lined tray and bake for 8-10 mins, stirring once, or until golden.
  • Set aside to cool & store in an airtight container.

3 tbsp honey
1 cup roasted, unsalted cashews
1 tsp salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350-degrees Fahrenheit. In a sauté pan over low heat, add honey. When honey is warm, add nuts and salt and toss thoroughly, coating the nuts evenly. Transfer nuts to a sheet pan and bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until nuts are a slightly darker shade of brown and honey has almost hardened. Allow to cool, then serve or store in a tightly sealed container.
