- Refrigerate several hours or overnight and shake or stir well before serving.
- The sugar tends to settle after sitting a while, especially in the refrigerator. Sometimes it helps to mix better if the dressing is warmed in the microwave.

Better than store bought and as good as any restaurant honey mustard dressing I've had. Sometimes I'll ad a pinch of cayenne for an added kick when making this as a dipping sauce.

- 1. In a small bowl whisk all of the ingredients together until well blended. Refrigerate.
- 2. This dressing doesn't taste spicy, but after a minute or two you'll feel a little heat at the back of your throat. This is great with fried chicken tenders, and delicious on salads (hot pepper optional.) Recipe can be multiplied as much as needed.
