1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs (chicken breasts will also work)
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup honey
Juice of one lime
zest of one lime
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 garlic clove (minced)

Steps:

  • In a medium sized skillet over medium heat add olive oil. In a small bowl combine cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. Rub on chicken and place in skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink and 165 degrees. Remove chicken and set aside on plate.
  • Add honey, lime juice and zest, soy sauce and garlic. Bring to a boil over medium high heat and reduce heat and whisk until it starts to thicken. About 2 minutes.
  • Add the chicken back to the skillet and coat in the sauce. Garnish with lime wedges if desired.

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 cup uncooked instant white rice
1 cup water
1 teaspoon olive or vegetable oil
1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 small orange bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

Steps:

  • In 2-cup measuring cup, stir 1/3 cup water, the lemon juice, cornstarch, honey and lemon peel until cornstarch is dissolved; set aside.
  • Cook rice in 1 cup water as directed on package; keep warm.
  • Meanwhile, in 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken; sprinkle with salt. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is brown. Stir in onions and bell pepper. Cook 2 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is no longer pink in center. Reduce heat to low.
  • Stir lemon juice mixture in measuring cup. Pour into skillet; stir to coat chicken mixture. Cook until slightly thickened. Serve chicken mixture over rice.

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
10 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Combine flour and cayenne pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Add a few chicken strips at a time and shake to coat.
  • Melt butter in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides, 4 to 6 minutes.
  • Combine lime juice, honey, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl; pour over the chicken. Continue to cook until juices run clear and the sauce is thickened, 3 to 5 more minutes.

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple slices
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
Grated peel of 1 lime

Steps:

  • Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt. In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil over medium-high heat. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add 1/4 cup juice to skillet; reserve remaining juice. Cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Remove to a serving platter; keep warm. In a small bowl, combine honey, lime juice, soy sauce, cornstarch and reserved pineapple juice; pour into skillet. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring for 1-2 minutes. 1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
2 Tbsp. honey
6 chicken drumsticks (1-1/2 lb.)
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped
1 cup long-grain white rice
1 yellow pepper, chopped
2 cups water
3/4 cup frozen peas
1 green onion, sliced

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Mix dressing and honey until blended. Pour half over chicken in shallow dish. Refrigerate 15 min.
  • Place chicken in single layer on foil-lined rimmed baking pan. Bake 30 to 35 min. or until done (165°F), turning and brushing with remaining dressing mixture every 10 min.
  • Meanwhile, cook bacon in medium skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon, reserving 1 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Drain bacon on paper towels. ½ teaspoon salt & pepper (each )
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon vegetable oil (or as needed)
green onions (for garnish)
⅓ cup honey
2 tablespoons chicken broth (or water)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons ginger (grated )
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon sriracha (or to taste)
3 cloves garlic (minced)

Steps:

  • Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, season with salt & pepper and toss with cornstarch.
  • Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

3 cups noodles, cooked

1 whole roasting chicken (5 to 6 pounds)
1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon stone-ground mustard or spicy brown mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Carefully loosen the skin from the entire chicken. Place breast side up on a rack in a roasting pan. In a small bowl, whisk the lime juice, honey, mustard, salt and cumin. , Using a turkey baster, baste under the chicken skin with 1/3 cup lime juice mixture. Tie drumsticks together.
