- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium sized bowl combine hominy, sour cream, green chilis and Monterey Jack cheese. Spread evenly into a 2 quart casserole dish. Top with Parmesan Cheese.
- Bake for 1 hour or until golden and bubbly.

We love hominy this way. My family doesn't like plain hominy so I started adding cheese and green chiles and now they ask for more.

- Drain juice out of one can of hominy and add both cans to 2 qt pot. Bring to simple boil and cook till water cooks down. Add green chilies cook till hot and add cheese, salt and pepper. Stir till melted. Serve hot! Enjoy!

- Process hominy and cream in food processor pulsing for 5 seconds, until coarsely ground.
- Melt butter in pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and jalapeno cook 2 minute stir in chilies and the hominy mixture.
- Cook stirring constantly until it begins to bubble about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
