These make a wonderful addition to any holiday cookie tray and well received by guests, these are sweet so a small piece goes a long way :)

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups vanilla chips
1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup pecan halves

Steps:

  • Set oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease an 11 x 7-inch or a 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
  • Combine cracker crumbs and butter.
  • Lightly press into prepared baking dish (do not pack down hard).
  • In a bowl combine all the remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Gently spoon over crust.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown (don't overbake!).
  • Cut into bars or triangle shapes.
  • Store in refrigerater.
  • Note: these bars can be made without the cranberries, they taste just as good.

I have made these with the graham cracker crumbs, and loved them, but these have a crispiness to them that is to die for! So sweet, cut into small bars!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 1/2 cups kellogg's corn flake crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1 cup semisweet chocolate morsel
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
1 (15 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Steps:

  • Measure KELLOGG'S Corn Flake Crumbs, sugar and margarine into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Mix thoroughly. With back of spoon, press mixture evenly and firmly in bottom of pan to form crust.
  • Sprinkle walnuts, chocolate morsels and coconut evenly over crust. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over top.
  • Bake at 350° F about 25 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Cool completely before cutting into bars. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
