3 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 cans (10.5 oz each) condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
3 cups Progresso™ plain panko crispy bread crumbs
6 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Place chicken evenly in bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. Spoon and spread soup evenly over chicken; sprinkle with cheese.
  • In medium bowl, stir bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over cheese. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread crumbs are golden brown and thoroughly heated.

2 cups stuffing mix, divided
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 pound chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
1 can (10 3/4 ounce) condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained (liquid reserved)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 500°F. Sprinkle 1/2 cup dry stuffing mix evenly on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish. In medium bowl, stir chicken broth into remaining stuffing mix and set aside. Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. Place chicken over stuffing mix in baking dish. In medium bowl, stir together soup, sour cream and vegetables. Spread over chicken. Top chicken mixture with reserved stuffing. Bake until chicken is cooked through, 20 mins.

The mix of cranberry sauce with the bbq sauce makes the chicken tangy and sweet. It's super easy to make, juicy and delicious!

6 bone-in split chicken breasts or 1 broiler fryer cut up (I remove the skin)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 Tbsp butter
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c thinly sliced celery
1 can(s) whole-berry cranberry sauce, 16 oz.
1 c regular or honey barbecue sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Salt and pepper the chicken. Melt butter in a large skillet and brown chicken on all sides. Transfer to a greased 9x13x2 baking dish.
  • 2. Saute onions and celery in the chicken and butter drippings until tender. Add cranberry and barbecue sauces. Mix well and cook 2-3 more minutes. Pour evenly over top of chicken.
  • 3. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken juices run clear. Spoon sauce over chicken every 15 minutes of baking time. Arrange chicken on a serving platter and pour sauce over all pieces.
