Steps:
- 1. In pot on stove steap tea bags herbs and sweetner in water, boil and let sit til slightly cooled about ten min.
- 2. Pour tea into pitcher of ice and cold water, add lemon if you like and serve in tall glasses. Green tea works also.

- In a 4-quart saucepan bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer, covered, 15 minutes.
- Remove pan from heat and cool mixture. Steep mixture, covered and chilled, at least 8 hours and up to 24.
- Pour mixture through a fine sieve into a pitcher.
- This tea keeps, covered and chilled, 1 week.
- Serve in ice-filled tall glasses.

- Put the camomile and lavender into the teapot and fill up the pot with water that has boiled but been left to stand for 1 min.
- Leave the flowers to infuse for 2-3 mins, stir in the honey then strain in to cups to serve.

- Rinse the flowers with cool water.
- Warm your tea pot with boiling water.
- Add the apple slices to the pot and mash them with a wooden spoon.
- Add the chamomile flowers and pour in the 2 cups boiling water.
- Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into two cups.
- Add honey to taste.
- Drink and enjoy!
