CHICKEN CHOW MEIN NESTS RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: grated ginger, garlic, ketchup, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken breasts, red bell pepper, spring onion, bean sprout, fresh egg noodle, muffin tin

Steps:
- To make the sauce, mix the grated ginger, garlic, ketchup, soy sauce and oyster sauce in a small bowl until combined. Set aside
- Fry the chicken until cooked through.
- Add the red pepper and spring onion and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the beansprouts and fry for a further 3-4 minutes.
- Add the sauce and fry for another minute or two.
- Add noodles to each hole of the muffin tin and pat down to make a small indent.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
- Remove nests from muffin tin.
- Spoon the chow mien onto the baked noodles.
- Enjoy!

- Place a very large nonstick skillet over low heat. Add the oil and garlic clove into the skillet and gently infuse the garlic flavor into the oil. In the meantime, using a round cookie cutter or an empty can, cut out the center of all 6 slices of bread. Add the prepared bread slices to the garlic infused oil. Crack the eggs 1 at a time and drop them into their "nests" or, the center of each slice of bread. Drain and slice red pepper. Add a strip or 2 of red pepper to each nest. Season the birds in their nests with salt and pepper and sprinkle a little cheese into each nest. Gently turn the birds in their nests and turn off the heat. Let the eggs sit in their nests 5 minutes more, then transfer to a platter and serve.

- 1. You will either need a drinking glass or cookie/biscuit cutter. Cut a whole in the center of the bread
- 2. In frying pan set to medium heat, melt a slab of butter Butter both sides of the bread and place in the pan to brown the first side.
- 3. When bread is lightly toasted brown on the bottom, crack your egg into the hole. Note: if the pan seems dry of butter you may want to add a little inside the round opening before adding the egg.
- 4. Allow egg to cook whites solid on the one side before you flip the hen and nest brown opposite side of bread. Serve immediately!
