1 bag (12 oz) frozen broccoli florets
1 1/2 cups cubed turkey, fully baked
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 can (18.5 oz) Progresso™ Traditional chicken & wild rice soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
1/4 cup Progresso™ Italian style panko crispy bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Cook broccoli as directed on bag 4 minutes. Place broccoli and turkey in ungreased 9-inch square pan. Sprinkle with pepper.
  • Combine soup and sour cream. Pour soup mixture over broccoli and turkey. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs.
  • Bake about 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

2 (10 ounce) packages frozen broccoli spears
¼ cup margarine
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 cups chicken broth
½ cup heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons white wine
3 cups cooked turkey breast, sliced
¼ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Steps:

  • Place broccoli in a saucepan with 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer until tender, 5 to 8 minutes. Drain.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Melt margarine in a saucepan over medium heat; stir in flour, salt, and pepper and mix well. Pour in chicken broth; cook and stir until sauce thickens and bubbles, about 10 minutes. Add cream and wine; stir until well-combined.
  • Arrange broccoli on the bottom of a 7x12-inch baking dish. Pour half of the sauce over the broccoli. Top sauce with sliced turkey. Stir Monterey Jack cheese into the remaining sauce in the saucepan. Pour cheese sauce over the turkey.
  • Bake the turkey divan in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 20 minutes. Broil until the cheese sauce is golden, about 5 minutes.

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
2 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
2 cups 2% milk
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 pound process cheese (Velveeta), cubed
3 hard-boiled large eggs, chopped
1 jar (2 ounces) diced pimientos, drained
1 teaspoon grated onion

Steps:

  • Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and place in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients. , Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly.

2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen broccoli spears
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
2 cups milk
3/4 pound sliced cooked turkey breast
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • In a saucepan, cook broccoli until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, in another saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour and bouillon until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened., Drain broccoli and place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Top with half of the sauce and all of the turkey. Spoon remaining sauce over the top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and edges are bubbly.

6 oz spaghetti, uncooked
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 c chicken broth
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c milk
2 c cooked turkey, 1" cubes
2 c broccoli, chopped
1 can(s) sliced mushrooms

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350.
  • 2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  • 3. Rinse with hot water; drain. (Set aside)
  • 4. Meanwhile, in 2 quart saucepan melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat; stir in flour until smooth and bubbly (1 minutes).
  • 5. With wire whisk, stir in chicken broth; continue cooking, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil (4 to 5 minutes).
  • 6. Boil 1 minutes.
  • 7. Remove from heat.
  • 8. Stir in 1 - 1/2 cups cheese and milk until cheese is melted.
  • 9. In greased 2 quart casserole combine cooked spaghetti, turkey, broccoli and mushrooms.
  • 10. Add cheese mixture.
  • 11. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  • 12. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly around edge.
