- Mix together: To a mixing bowl add turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, egg and breadcrumbs. Using a fork, mix together-try not to mix it too much.
- Shape into 4 patties about ½ inch thick- they will be really moist.
- Use your thumb to make a depression in the center of each patty. If grilling, place the patties on a parchment lined plate and freeze for 20 minutes.

- 1. Mix all the ingredients in large mixing bowl, massage the mixture well so all the meat is blended well with ingredients.
- 2. Create six size tennis balls with the meat., then compress the meant with your thumbs to make the patties
- 3. Grill the patties on high heat for 6 min on the first side then 4-5 minutes on the second side. let burgers rest for 5 min before serving.
- 4. Serve with your veggies and condiments. optional... add cheese, bacon strips. Burgers are perfect for a lettuce wrap if keeping the carbs down.
ACTUALLY DELICIOUS TURKEY BURGERS
