SAUSAGE AND HASHBROWN BREAKFAST PIZZA

Steps:
- Unroll crescent dough and place on a greased 12-in. pizza pan; press seams together and press up sides of pan to form a crust. , In a large skillet, brown sausage over medium heat; drain and cool slightly. Sprinkle the sausage, hash browns and cheddar cheese over crust. , In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and pepper; pour over pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 28-30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

CHEEZY BEEF HASHBROWN PIZZA

- 1. In a bowl, combine the potatoes, soup, egg, salt and pepper. Spread mixture into a greased 15-in x 10-in x 1-in baking pan
- 2. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
- 3. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the beef, onion amd mushrooms over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in pizza sauce; keep warm.
- 4. Sprinkle half the cheese over hot crust. Spread meat mixture over the top; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
HASHBROWN PIZZA
First made by my Uncle, this became a family favourite. everyone makes their own unique type!

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix hashbrowns and cream of mushroom soup together in a large bowl. Grease a large casserole dish and press hashbrowns firmly into bottom of pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Set aside.
- 2. Saute onions, green pepper and mushrooms until tender. Add hamburger meat cook until no longer pink. Drain grease. Add worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Simmer 10 minutes. Add tomato soup. Mix well. Spread hamburger mixture evenly over hashbrowns. Cover with cheese. Place in oven 10- 15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

Press seams together and build up edges; set aside., In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain and cool slightly. Sprinkle sausage, hash browns, mushrooms, bacon and olives over dough. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses., In bowl, beat eggs, milk and salt; pour over pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
