Addictive, cheesy nacho dip with hamburger and just the right amount of spice, that makes plenty for a crowd. Serve on nacho chips with sour cream and additional jalapenos, if desired.

Steps:
- Cook and stir hamburger and onion together in a skillet over medium heat until the hamburger is completely browned, 7 to 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the hamburger mixture. Pour water over the hamburger mixture; bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Put cheese cubes into the crock of your slow cooker; add the hamburger mixture, green chiles, tomato sauce, and jalapeno peppers.
- Cook on Low, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted and smooth, about 45 minutes.

- Cook and season beef, drain and keep in pan.
- Pour salsa in a blender and mix until smooth (this is an optional step, skip if you like the chunks)
- Put salsa, Rotel and Velveeta cheese in the skillet and stir until incorporated, melted and heated through. Serve immediately or place in warm crock pot for any function.

HAMBURGER-SAUSAGE-CHEESE DIP
Just a quick, easy, delicious recipe that when you add on Triscuts-YUM!! Great for showers, potlucks, get togethers, while watching the game, or just for the family. I had this at a friend's shower years ago and had to have the recipe. I don't know where she got it from but I thought I would share it with you.

Steps:
- Cook ground beef and sausage together, drain.
- Add Velvetta cheese a few cubes at a time. Melt into mixture then add more cheese. Do this until all cheese has been melted into meat mixture.
- Add oregano and crushed red peppers. Mix together and cook about 30 minutes. Make sure to stir a few times while it is cooking.
- You can serve from the pot you cooked in or place in one of those dip crock pots. The crock pots you can keep the dip warm longer without worrying about burning.
- Place on a Triscut and you are done. You can use whatever cracker you want but the flavor of the Triscut with the dip is really a treat.

Steps:
- Brown hamburger with minced onion in 2 quart pan. Drain well. Add salsa and butter. Stir well. Cut cheese into small pieces and Add while stirring constantly. Place over low, low, low heat or in a crock pot to keep warm. Serve over baked potato or tortilla chips.
CHEESY HAMBURGER AND SALSA DIP
Steps:
- Heat a skillet; add the olive oil, garlic, and hamburger. Add salt and pepper. Cook until the hamburger is brown. Drain the hamburger.
- In a large bowl add the hamburger, cheese, and salsa all together. Put in microwave. Stir every minute to a minute and a half, until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with nacho chip. It will be sure to be a hit!
