- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place the pizza shell on a cookie sheet. Scatter spinach all over crust. Drizzle with oil. Evenly distribute prosciutto, Parmesan and garlic on top of spinach. Crack eggs onto pizza, roughly positioning 1 yolk on each pizza quarter. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until spinach is wilted and egg whites are just fully cooked. Cut into 4 large slices.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F. Cut loaf of bread in half horizontally; cut each half crosswise into thirds. Place cut sides up on ungreased large cookie sheet; brush with oil. Bake 5 to 6 minutes or until tops are slightly toasted. Remove from oven.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over cut sides of each piece of bread. Top evenly with ham, onion, nuts and spinach. Place 4 half slices of cheese on top of each.
- Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and pizza is hot.

Steps:
- Using a skillet, melt your butter. Add the flour and the milk.
- Cook until sauce thickens; remove from heat.
- Add eggs, cheese, mustard, salt and pepper.
- In another skillet, sauté the onion in some butter (I use about 1 tsp).
- When onion is cooked, add the frozen creamed spinach (I microwave the spinach first for a couple of minutes to speed up the process).
- In a casserole dish, layer half the ham, then half of the shredded potatoes and half of the cheese mixture.
- Repeat until all is used.
- Cover and bake at 350°F for about 46 minutes.
- Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top before serving.

- Preheat oven to 475. Brush bottom of a 16 by 11 inch rimmed baking sheet with 1 tablespoons olive oil. Press and stretch dough evenly to cover bottom of sheet. ( If dough resists at first, let it rest for a minute before continuing.).
- Toss potatoes with 1 tablespoons olive oil and scatter over dough. Sprinkle with salt. Scatter spinach over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake until underside of crust is golden ( lift an edge of pizza with a spatula to peek.) and cheese is bubbling, about 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes on a wire rack before slicing.
- Tips: If Gruyere is too strong for your taste, substitute Jack cheese. Or give the pizza a Greek flair with crumbled feta. Sprinkle on chopped sun dried tomatoes and oregano, too.
