The pizza comes together in less than 25 minutes, cooking in only nine, so grab the ingredients and keep them on hand for when you need a delicious dinner fast!

1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
4 ounces fresh baby spinach
1 (8-oz.) prebaked thin pizza crust (such as Mama Mary's)
1/4 cup lower-sodium marinara sauce (such as Rao's)
4 ounces lower-sodium deli ham, diced
2 ounces shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese (about 1/2 cup)
2 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, torn
1/2 cup julienne-cut Fuji apple
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 500°F.
  • Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add spinach; cook 3 minutes or until completely wilted, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  • Place pizza crust on a sheet of parchment paper; spread marinara sauce evenly over crust. Arrange spinach, ham, cheddar, and mozzarella evenly over sauce. Place pizza on parchment directly on oven rack; bake at 500°F for 9 minutes or until cheese melts and begins to brown. Remove from oven. Top with apple and peppers; drizzle with remaining 2 teaspoons oil. Cut into 8 wedges.

This leftover ham pizza can be made using store-bought ingredients, but just remember to adjust cooking time accordingly to your dough's instructions!

2 cups leftover ham (chopped)
1 batch pizza dough ((store bought or homemade))
cup pizza sauce ((store bought or homemade))
8 ounces fresh mozzarella (sliced)
1 large onion (sliced)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 475F. Lightly dust your counter-top in flour.
  • Using a rolling pin, roll out your pizza dough until desired size and thickness is reached. Carefully transfer to pizza pan and adjust accordingly.
  • Spread your sauce to about 1-inch from the edge of the pizza dough. That uncovered part will be your crust. Evenly spread out the ham and onion. Finish off with mozzarella cheese.
  • Place into oven and bake for 15-17 minutes, or until mozzarella cheese is nicely browned and crust is golden.
  • Allow to cool slightly before cutting!

4 pita breads
1/2 cup tomato sauce (2 tbsp. for each pita)
4 slices black forest ham, chopped
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
salt
ground black pepper
1 pinch dried oregano (optional)
olive oil

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for quick clean up.
  • Place the pita breads onto the baking sheet.
  • Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pitas.
  • Top evenly with ham and the two cheeses.
  • Season the pizza with salt, pepper and the oregano, if using.
