1 package (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
1/2 cup spinach dip
4 slices black forest ham (about 4 ounces)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 4 rectangles; press perforations to seal., Spread each rectangle with 2 tablespoons dip to within 1/2 in. of edges. Top with ham and cheese. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a short side; pinch seam to seal. Cut each roll crosswise into thirds; place in greased muffin cups, cut sides down., Bake until golden brown, 12-15 minutes. Run a knife around edges to remove from pan.

5 sheets phyllo dough (14x9 inches)
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 ounces cream cheese, cut into 4 pieces
4 large eggs
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chopped fully cooked ham
1/4 cup shredded provolone cheese
2 teaspoons seasoned bread crumbs
2 teaspoons minced chives

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer to 325°. Place 1 sheet phyllo dough on a work surface; brush with butter. Layer with 4 additional phyllo sheets, brushing each layer. (Keep remaining phyllo covered with a damp towel to keep it from drying out.) Cut layered sheets crosswise in half, then lengthwise in half., Place each stack in a greased 4-oz. ramekin. Fill each with a piece of cream cheese. Carefully break an egg into each cup. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; top with ham, cheese, bread crumbs and chives. 27 fresh asparagus spears (1 lb.)
1 frozen puff pastry sheet (1/2 of 17.3-oz. pkg.), thawed
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
18 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham
9 KRAFT Big Slice Swiss Cheese Slices, cut crosswise in half
1 egg
2 tsp. water
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Trim asparagus into 5-inch spears. Add to pan of boiling water; cook 2 to 3 min. or just until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, discard trimmed asparagus pieces or reserve for another use. (See tip.)
  • Drain cooked asparagus spears. Immediately add to bowl of ice water; let stand until completely cooled.
  • Meanwhile, cover baking sheet with parchment; spray with cooking spray. Unfold pastry sheet onto lightly floured cutting board; roll into 9-inch square. Spread with mustard; cut into 9 (3-inch) squares.
  • Drain asparagus; pat dry. Wrap 2 ham slices around 3 asparagus spears. Repeat with remaining ham slices and asparagus spears to make 8 additional bundles.
  • Place 1 cheese slice diagonally on top of each pastry square; top with wrapped asparagus bundle.
  • Whisk egg and water until blended; brush onto uncovered pastry points. Bring opposite points of pastry squares over tops of asparagus bundles; press pastry together to seal. Place on prepared baking sheet. Brush pastry with remaining egg wash; sprinkle with pepper.
  • Bake 20 to 22 min. or until golden brown.
