10 12-inch flour tortillas (super size)
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1/4 cup black olives, chopped
5 ounces deli ham, sliced

Steps:

  • warm tortillas a little in microwave to soften.
  • Combine cream cheese, mayo, onions, and olives. Spread thin layer on each tortilla.
  • Arrange four ham slices over cheese mixture. Tightly roll up and wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • To serve, cut into 3/4" diagonal slices.
  • Makes about 64 pieces.
  • Options: can sub mayo and ham and add 1/2 cup salsa.
  • Note: cook time is refrigeration time.

2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
3 green onions, chopped
11 flour tortillas (8 inches)
22 thin slices deli ham

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and salad dressing mix until smooth. Stir in onions. Spread about 3 tablespoons over each tortilla; top each with two ham slices. , Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic. Refrigerate until firm. Unwrap and cut into 3/4-in. slices.

This is a wonderful tasting, easy appetizer recipe I got from a friend about 12 years ago. When she brought them to my house for a get together, I just had to have the recipe, and was pleased with how simple and easy they are to make. And I love anything that I can do ahead of my big day.

1 (20 ounce) package aztec super size tortillas
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped black olives
2 (2 1/2 ounce) packages sliced pressed cooked ham

Steps:

  • Remove tortillas from regrigerator for about 30 minutes prior.
  • Combine creme cheese, mayonnaise, onions, and olives.
  • Spread thin layer of mixtures on tortilla.
  • Arrange four slices of ham over cheese.
  • Tightly roll up tortilla.
  • Wrap individually in plastic wrap.
  • Place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

2 (2 1/2 ounce) packages sliced cooked ham (chop unto large dices)

Steps:

  • Let tortillas stand at room temp while preparing filling.
  • Combine cream cheese and mayo until creamy add olives, ham and onions mix evenly.
