These hearty pancakes already have ham in them, so there is no need to cook up anything additional on the side.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling
2 cups Bisquick™ Original baking mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
3/4 cup diced fully cooked ham
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
1 medium green onion, sliced (2 tablespoons), if desired
Cinnamon, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat pie filling until hot; keep warm.
  • Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat or to 375°. Grease griddle with margarine if necessary. Beat baking mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater in large bowl until smooth. Fold in ham, cheese and onion.
  • Pour batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown. Serve with warm pie filling; sprinkle with cinnamon.

Steps:

  • 1. Heat pie filling until warm keep warm. Spray griddle or 10-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray heat griddle to 375° or heat skillet over medium heat.2.
