GRILLED SWEET POTATO WEDGES
Sweet potatoes on the grill have a smoky, caramelized flavor you can't achieve in the oven. These are mildly spicy, but adjust the cayenne to suit your taste. These are excellent served with grilled pork or fish.

GRILLED SWEET POTATO WEDGES
I love when an entire meal can be cooked outside on the grill and I don't need to heat up the kitchen. These grilled sweet potatoes meet that requirement and are healthy, too! -Natalie Knowlton, Kamas, Utah

I love these air-fryer potato wedges because the outside gets golden brown and crispy while the interior stays fluffy and tender. Try them with steak, roasts or even burgers. -Linda Rock, Stratford, Wisconsin
